3399 E Crawford StDestry Allen Memorial Scholarship The Destry Allen Memorial Scholarship was set up through the Salina Education Foundation in 2004. The purpose of the scholarship is to reward a Salina Central High School student that has participated in either band or orchestra and can demonstrate perseverence through diversity during their high school years.
